The new partner AAE; Acci\u00f3n Andina de Educaci\u00f3n has during January and February negotiated the first agreements with the local education authorities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These negotiations have also included representatives from indigenous peoples&#8217; organizations, because without their cooperation and support, it will not be possible to gain local ownership of the project. The green light has been given for the project to be developed and the further development of the project proposal will take place in close collaboration with these organizations.<br>\nThe target group for the project is children and young people in a total of six villages.<\/p>\n<p>The overall purpose is to create a better education for children and young people in the areas and this will be done through a pedagogical development of the local village schools and the development of local agricultural production schools for young men and women, where there will be a focus on both the development of pedagogy and the development of new productive projects in agriculture.  <\/p>\n<p>AAE has made its first visits to the villages and reports great local support from parents, teachers and especially young people.
